I am an existing user and want to upgrade from 3DSimED Version 1 to Version 2.

Complete the order form and please make sure you give a valid email address so that you can be contacted in the event of problems.
All you need to do is give your name, address, email address, and credit card details there is no need to give a shipping address or register as a customer.
Following the order completion you should receive an automatic confirmation of your order, with a temporary web address to allow you to download the software. This temporary address will be valid for 48 hours, should there be any problem your software can be sent by email. If you do not receive the confirmation email there has been a problem and you should start the order process again.
3DSimED can be used for 20 days before requiring an activation code to run. You are advised to ask for the code before the 20 day limit as it may take up to to 48 hours to process the activation code.
